(Food Science) / B.Sc (CA &BM) B.F.Sc / B.Sc(Hons) Home Science Courses in Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural, University, Hyderabad, Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati and A.P. Horticultural University, Venkataramannagudem, West Godavari Dist. for the Academic year 2008-09. Counseling of candidates who have applied for admission into the above courses in this University will be held in the Auditorium, the College of Home Science, Saifabad, near Secretariat, Hyderabad based on their EAMCET- 2008 Ranks (Except for B.H.Sc Course) on the dates and time mentioned below:
Note: More number of candidates than required are called for Counselling and therefore this call does not guarantee admission to all those who have been called for Candidates should report at this Counselling spot centre half an hour before the scheduled time with all original certificates as listed in the information Bulletin. NOTE:
1) NF = Non Farmer, F= Farmer, O.C = Open Competition. W= Women
2) Candidate eligible under Farmers quota and S.C., S.T., & B.C. quota are also called for consideration under open competition itself (or) otherwise to secure the seat as per their eligibility under respective social status category.
3). Selection of candidates under S.C., S.T., and B.C., quota is subject to clearance by the respective social status Directorates of Government of Andhra Pradesh. The provisional selection under BC-E category is subject to the final adjudication (in W.P.No.15267 of 2007) in the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
4). No Individual intimations will be sent. This notification shall be treated as individual intimation.
5). The selected candidates have to pay per semester the tuition fee of Rs.1,650/- for all U.G. courses and Rs.14,000/- for B.Tech(Food Science). B.Sc(CA & BM) & B.Sc (Hort.) payment seats (excluding Hostel and other fee including deposits for all courses). In addition, candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs.3,715/- for all U.G. Courses and Rs.3,965/- for B.Sc(Hons.) Home Science Course towards other fee at the counseling spot on respective dates and submit all original certificates.
6). The candidates of SC/ST/BC and Muslim Minority category are exempted from paying the tuition fee, i.e. Rs.1,650/- per semester for B.Sc(Ag)./ B.Sc.(Hort). / B.V.Sc & A.H./ B.F.Sc / B.Sc (Hons.) Home Science and Rs.14,000/- per semester for B.Sc(CABM)/ B.Tech (Food Science) / B.Sc(Hort.). payment courses provided their parental income from all sources is upto Rs.1,00,000/- per annum. The income certificate issued by M.R.O. after 1-1-2008 will alone be accepted. In addition to the income certificates, the candidates has to submit his/ her father’s / mothers salary certificates, if parents are employed.
7). The rank holders of 2790, 5770, 5830, 6105, 6146(4519610), 6327, 6530, 7258, 7507, 7766, 7868, 7931(5703070), 7960(5801116), 7968(4301159), 8150, 8595, (5816361), 8640(5302190), 9516, 9759(4524797), 9766, 9855(5303394), 9881(6109379), 9934, 1004(4528160), 10250, 11037(5807144), 11532(5907106), 11818(5807230), 12020, 12927, 13407(4405131), 13691 and 14588 (5814070) need not attend this counseling due to various reasons like late receipt of application/ under or over aged etc., (Figures in the brackets indicate the Hall Ticket Numbers .
8). The candidates applied for B.Sc(Hons.) Home Science and who are not qualified for counseling on account of late receipt of application, over age/under age etc. are intimated by post.
. 9). The Counselling will be conducted on all the days as notified above including public holidays and even in the event of any day declared holiday by Government.
10) Parent or guardian (Strictly one member only) will be allowed along with the candidate to counseling spot.
11). Admitted candidates have to join the respective colleges on 15-09-2008 positively.
